At Encourage HER Academy, we believe every girl deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. We are a girl-centered, family-focused nonprofit dedicated to empowering girls ages 6–17 to dream big, lead boldly, and achieve confidently—through the power of mentorship, education, and transformational programming.
We don’t just create programs—we cultivate purpose. From leadership development and small group mentoring to hands-on summer camps, cultural experiences, and mother-daughter bonding workshops, we create safe, affirming spaces where girls can grow emotionally, socially, and academically.
What We Do Best
We specialize in:
- Mentorship that matters – Small group circles, one-on-one mentoring, and leadership cohorts that foster lifelong connections and personal growth.
