At Encourage HER Academy, we believe every girl deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. We are a girl-centered, family-focused nonprofit dedicated to empowering girls ages 6–17 through community support, mentorship programs, and transformational programming that enables them to dream big, lead boldly, and achieve confidently.
We don’t just create programs—we cultivate purpose. From leadership development and small group mentoring to hands-on summer camps, cultural experiences, and mother-daughter bonding workshops, we foster safe, affirming spaces where girls can grow emotionally, socially, and academically.
