Every girl deserves a healthy beginning in life—a strong foundation that empowers her to grow with confidence and resilience. At Encourage HER Academy, H.E.R. Beginnings is designed to provide elementary girls (ages 6-10) with the essential skills and self-assurance needed to navigate their early years and prepare for the exciting transitions ahead.

H.E.R. Beginnings is more than just an academic program—it's a holistic approach to building self-esteem, fostering a love for learning, and nurturing the physical and emotional health of young girls. Through engaging activities, mentorship, and creative learning experiences, we help girls develop a positive self-image and a sense of empowerment, ensuring they are equipped to thrive as they move into adolescence.

High school is a pivotal time for young women, a period where they are navigating the journey to independence, self-discovery, and preparing for their futures. At Encourage HER Academy, our "HER Becoming" program is designed to support young ladies as they explore their potential, set goals for their careers and personal growth, and build a foundation for success beyond high school.

As high school students look to the future, their priorities are ever evolving, and their goals are unique to their individual aspirations. HER Becoming serves as a guiding light, empowering these young women to realize their capabilities and helping them develop the tools needed to transition smoothly into their next chapter—whether that’s college, entrepreneurship, or entering the workforce. At the same time, these young women also serve as role models for the younger girls in our Beginnings and Bridges programs, passing on the knowledge and confidence they have gained.
